Ivelisse vs Jessie McKay

This 2 out of 3 falls match kicks off with a considerable amount of comical trash talking (encouraged in no small way by perky ref Su Yung). After some spirited debate over pronunciation (Aussie? Ozzie?), Ivelisse proclaims that Jessie’s Australian championship belt is about to be added to her personal collection and that the Commonwealth flags on it will be replaced with Puerto Rican colors. Brave words, called out immediately by McKay. Sadly for her, this proves to be a mistake. The match begins on an energetic note with armdrags, neckscissors and what can only be classified as a kangaroo impression from Jessie. The first fall is won forthwith by Ivelisse via a brutal Boston Crab. She follows up her early success with tight Sleepers and chokeholds, impressive corner work, a rib-crushing Waistscissors and a modified Figure Four. Every time Jessie tries to fight back, resistance proves futile and Ivelisse continues with her strategy of focusing on Jessie’s leg.
