To make matters worse, each time The Infected grabs a Crewmate, it turns them into one of the creatures, adding to their ranks until the Crewmates are all goo-ified. Don't worry, Beans! Each time you complete a task, you're given a powerup to help stave off this interstellar infection and stay safe for a few more precious seconds.
