In this video I share how to make one of my favourite things to eat and cook, chapati! I added lots of green amaranth (dodo), grated carrots and used chicken stock for a super flavourful, tasty and beautiful flat bread which can be eaten as a snack or an accompaniment to African chai, stews and curries. In case you don’t have dodo, you may use spinach or swiss chard.
