Bodybuilder Challenges Kickboxing Coach In The Ring

We have a very interesting kickboxing match out of the middle kingdom that happened approximately three months ago. According to what I can find, a bodybuilder challenged a kickboxing coach to a ring match. This was the results. What's the lesson? Striking and combat sports are no joke. It might look easy to throw a punch, but throwing punches or kicks well are another art in itself, especially if there is pressure from an opponent.
