Thai boxing highlight of golden age technical Muay Thai fighter Jaroenthong Kiatbanchong. Jaroenthong Kiatbanchong was a true technical master who fought in Thailand during the 80s and 90s. Hailing from the Kiatbanchong Gym in Bangkok, Jaroenthong trained alongside many golden era greats such as Jaroensap Kiatbanchong, Oley Kiatoneway and Wangchannoi Sor Palangchai, and became well-known for his technical proficiency in teeps, sweeps and evasive maneuvers. He beat a host of top fighters from the 1980s and 1990s such as Nampon Nongkeepahuyuth, Chamuekpet Hapalang, Ramon Dekkers, Wanchannoi Sor Palangchai, Therdkiat Sittepitak, Panomtuanlek Hapalang, Cherry Sor Wanich, Superlek Sorn Esarn, Saencheng Pinsinchai and Rajasak Sor Vorapin. Jaroenthong won Lumpinee titles in the 115-, 126- and 136 lbs categories and ended his career with 120 victories from 151 fights. He now owns Muay Thai gyms in Koh Samui and Bangkok.
